Red Rune is an unlockable consumable in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Activates the effects of The Necronomicon, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.

Converts all pickups in the room into random 7 Seals locusts with a 50% chance.

Converts all item pedestals in the room into Abyss locusts.
